Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of technical specifications, perform vendor assessments, and qualify suppliers, including managing the testing and commissioning phases of energy storage projects.
- Responsible for the technical execution of projects, which involves understanding and managing the scope, stakeholders, and schedule while ensuring coordination among all parties.
- Liaise with internal departments (project managers, product engineers, sales team) and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Analyze and evaluate the technical components of EPC bidders' proposals concerning energy storage during the EPC selection process.
- Review project documentation and initial designs to pinpoint scope and responsibility gaps, ensuring project success through a deep understanding of engineering, construction, and spatial planning principles.
- Provide technical support to the Business Development team for tender proposals.
Requirements:
- A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project or systems engineering.
- Experience in projects spanning multiple disciplines (electrical, civil, structural, mechanical) is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with battery storage systems, medium voltage stations, or related products/systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with balance of plant systems, including UPS, fire alarm systems, air conditioning, lightning protection, metering, and SCADA, is beneficial.
