Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Superintendent to oversee all scaffolding activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding operations, safety protocols, and team management within large-scale industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scaffolding activities on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of scaffolding structures.
• Manage and lead a team of scaffolders, providing training and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other construction supervisors and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, including materials, labor, and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to scaffolding operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Superintendent or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety management are preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
