2. Supervision and Coordination
 Site Supervision: Monitor the daily activities of the EPC contractor to ensure adherence to the project schedule and specifications.
 Coordination with EPC Contractors: Liaise with EPC contractors' QA/QC teams to ensure smooth execution of works and compliance with the project’s quality standards.
 Interface Management: Manage interfaces between different disciplines (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to avoid conflicts and ensure coherence in design and construction.

3. Documentation and Reporting
 Documentation Review: Review and approve QA/QC documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, test reports, and as-built drawings.
 Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformances (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
 Progress and Quality Reporting: Prepare and submit regular quality reports to the project management team, highlighting progress, issues, and corrective actions.
4. Safety and Compliance
 Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure all CSA works are conducted in compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.
 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local and
international regulations, including building codes and environmental regulations.

5. Technical Support and Problem-Solving
 Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance on quality-related issues in civil, structural, and architectural works.
 Problem Resolution: Collaborate with the design team and EPC contractors to resolve technical issues and challenges on-site.

6. Auditing and Surveillance
 Conduct Audits: Conduct regular quality audits of the EPC contractor’s work processes and site activities.
 Surveillance Activities: Perform ongoing surveillance of construction activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

7. Training and Development
 Training: Assist in the training and development of project staff and contractor personnel on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
 Knowledge Transfer: Share knowledge and lessons learned from the project to enhance overall team capabilities.

8. Client and Stakeholder Communication
 Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with the client and stakeholders.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.

9. Continuous Improvement
 Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and recommend changes to processes and procedures.
 Feedback and Lessons Learned: Collect and analyze feedback from the field to improve future project execution and quality management.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in architectural design and construction, preferably in industrial projects like LNG facilities.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of German building codes, regulations, and standards, as well as international standards (e.g., ISO, EN).
