With over 25 years of overall experience in the recruitment industry, Marcel joined TRS in 2002 as a Recruiting Consultant. Subsequently, throughout the years he was promoted to positions like Recruiting Manager, Branch Manager and Senior Branch Manager.   In 2023 became Regional Manager with complete responsibility for the profitable operations of our offices in Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam and Antwerp.

My focus is on excellence in all that we do for our stakeholders through establishing close collaborative relationships and setting clear goals that help us achieve continuous improvement to meeting the needs of our candidates, contractors, and clients.
