CONTRACT & CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR (CONSTRUCTION) - GTA, Ontario
(Ability to work in their project office 5 days a week is a must)
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating different project elements, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Over 5 years of proven experience as a contracts administrator in the construction industry.
-Must Haves: Some Claims Experience, Estimating, Contract Administration, and has Worked with a Contractor companies.
-Familiarity with contract law and construction contracts.
-Proficiency in providing administrative support and exceptional attention to detail.
-Competence in using Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
-Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
-Outcome-focused and a critical thinker, capable of analyzing and visualizing to drive continuous improvement.
