TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Tech role to work for an amazing EPCM client in Vancouver, BC.

This role requires working full time in our clients Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records on large-scale projects; documents may include project support material.
Provide support to Contract Management activities regarding agreements that may be required to meet corporate commitments.
Participate in pre-award contract activities, support Contract Administrators in the execution of these activities.
Assist in proposal preparation by providing data from past performance or other relevant sources.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety issues; support efforts to maintain records for health assessments or environmental studies.
Aid Contract Administrators in error correction processes by providing accurate figures for proposals and accounts reconciliation.
Provide reports for management reviews regarding an array of Request for Proposal (RFP) actions.
Assist Contract Administrators in the preparation and oversight of time sheets; ensure team adherence to financial metrics control systems or similar functions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in similar duties (contract administration, documentation management, supply chain management)
Familiarity in contract management activities and processes is an asset.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to details.
