We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join our client in Calgary, AB! The successful candidate will participate in the design of different aspects of energy industry projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare P&ID inputs, select instruments, develop datasheets and size instruments.

• Create and review I/O lists, instrument wiring drawings, and loop diagrams.

• Conduct technical evaluations for instrumentation, design PLC panels, and review cable schedules.

• Provide engineering support, design services, project cost control, and conformance reviews.

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of experience in facilities engineering and design; experience on DeltaV control system.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or applied science; P.Eng registration with APEGA.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and adhere to safety requirements for site visits.
