TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile and dependable Business Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office and supporting various functions, including bookkeeping, HR, office management, and personal assistance to the owner.
Our client is a trusted supplier of high-quality landscaping and construction materials, offering a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of both contractors and homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping (60%): Manage QuickBooks, handle AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, government filings, audits, and year-end entries.
- Personal Assistant (10%): Manage personal banking, schedule, travel arrangements, tax documents, and errands for the owner.
- Human Resources (20%): Provide employee documents, administer benefits, maintain records, onboard new employees, handle union remittances, and contribute to Health & Safety.
- Office Management (10%): Negotiate contracts, maintain devices and building, manage supplies, handle insurance and vehicle records, and facilitate import/export.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar duties.
- Ability to wear many hats and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
- Must have a vehicle
