Field Engineers – All Disciplines

TRS Staffing is seeking resumes of highly qualified Field Engineers / Technical Coordinators to be a part of a megaproject in Kitimat, BC. We are looking for those with a solid work history of site-based experience on large-scale energy projects. Need is not immediate but roles will be upcoming. These are long-term contract positions.

Key Details:
• You are well experienced in one of the following: CSA, Piping, Mechanical, E&I
• Solid history of demonstrating technical expertise in your area
• Extensive construction site experience on large-scale O&G / Petrochemical projects
• Strong communication skills with an ability to successfully interface with all project stakeholders
• Direct construction coordination experience is highly valued (managing contractors – subcontractors – engineering – procurement – client/s)
• Ideally, you have experience with large scale modular structures
• Ability to work with technical drawings and 3D models (SmartPlant)
• RFIs, Design Change Requests, Walkdowns, Inspections…
• Review of engineering design schedules
• QA/QC
• Generation of construction work plans and schedules
• This is a fly-in/out position with a rotation of 14x7
